Our concept this year is systems. This is what I knew at the start of the year ,what I now know and what I am still wondering.

Hi we did some systems art diagrams here is Madison and my work we did it to show you how we made our cog art.

This Is a diagram I made on inspiration about what I learnt about science this term.

You have soaked up all of our new learning and experiences during science this term Karen! I am impressed that you are making links between this knowledge and your life outside of Enrich, I'm sure your garden club will benefit from this! Your use of metacognition was of benefit to you during your research of your own ecosystem. Posing questions around knowledge that you required to construct this ecosystem is also a valuable thinking tool that you have displayed. Great effort!

My passion project is about a cows digestive system and this is all I know before I get started.

My passion project is about a cow's digestive system and I have been cutting up a dead cow for my passion project and I am now going to be getting an expert in. I am going talk to the boss of vet4farm to talk to me about a cow's digestive system.

This is what I have learnt throughout my passion project journey from asking Mr Sheppard and another vet.

These are the two vets I have seen and I thank you a lot for sharing your knowledge with me for my passion project.

These are all of the photos of my new learning that I found out on the internet and from the vets.I have cut up a cow, searched on the internet and talked to a vet.I am proud of my new learning and are going to keep on searching related to this project.

When I started I knew nothing about a cow's digestive system but now I know lots like:I plan to learn more still

This first picture is what my poster looked like when it was in draft form, but now I have made it look amazing! These are pictures of the laminated sheets ready to stick on the good copy. When I did this I learnt about layout, boarders , spacing, pictures, and title in a straight line.

This is my PMI (graphic organiser)and this is the plus's of what I have been through the minus's and the interesting activities and knowledge I have learnt during my passion project.

This is a rubric of what I have achieved through out the process of my passion project and what level I have achieved it at and what would I do differently next time, why and how.

This is my finished product for my passion project and I am really proud of myself because it has pictures, information and a diagram on the cow and it's colored and under the cow are key words for the colours and it tells you what each part of the cow is called.

I am very proud of my achievement with my passion project and I would still like to be a vet after all this cutting up a cow and talking to lots of vets and going on u tube and having cow parts in Darryn's fridge (ha ha) I am very proud of the outcome of my passion project and next time I would like to find out about horses or another big animal ( by the way I don't mean cutting up a horse!) but this passion project has been a success and I have learnt a lot and had fun doing it.

This is the process of what I have been learning here at enrich in my passion project this year.

Karen there was a huge amount of new learning throughout your passion project, not only did you use a range of experts and learn about about the animals you are so passionate about, but you also refined your presentation skills while preparing for sharing night. You remained open to continuous learning throughout your entire project and you did a great job of the final presentation board! Well done.
